A pop-up shop—also called a flash retail store—gives emerging online brands the opportunity to sell in a brick-and-mortar setting. The idea behind it is to let customers see, touch, and experience the products.
A pop-up shop can look like a regular store, but many brands use them to create a unique, immersive physical shopping environment. With that in mind, you can open a pop-up shop to add an intangible “wow” factor to your brand or expand visibility.
Downtown Tucson Pop-up will feature a variety of high quality retailers in the heart of downtown. The ideal location and limited hours gives you the opportunity to market during the highest traffic times, Thursday through Sunday and during the 2nd Saturday event. Shoppers will have the opportunity to enjoy a cocktail, listen to live music, all while browsing and spending money on your merchandise.
THE BENEFITS
ONLY OPEN DURING HIGH TRAFFIC TIMES
Initial hours will be Th & Fri 3pm - 8pm, Sat 11am - 8pm, Sun 11am - 5pm and during special events, such as Second Saturday. This allows stop owners to ensure busy crowds and reduce staffing expenses.

NO LONG TERM LEASES
We replace long term commercial leases with popup membership options. Membership terms start as short as 3 months.
Application Process

Fill out you application form online here. We pride ourself on quality and variety. You may be asked to explain more about your products.

Once your concept is approved you must submit a design of your space. This can be an overhead design with pictures of racks, shelves, etc or a picture of a space that you will be duplicating. *See below on how you can get your design & buildout costs paid for*
03
After design approval, all large retail and small shops will require a 1 month security deposit to hold your space. 1st month will not be due until opening day.
